Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

We at Unique India Enterprise aim to provide reliable services and quality products. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or transaction.

2. Sanitary Pack (Product) Refund Policy

Once a sanitary pack order is confirmed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Refunds are only applicable if:

• The product is damaged during delivery, or
• The wrong product is delivered.

To request a refund/replacement, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photo/video). After verification, we will replace the product only.

3. Mobile Prepaid Recharge Policy

All mobile prepaid recharges are final and non-refundable once successfully processed.

We are not responsible for:

• Wrong number entered by the customer
• Operator delays
• Failed transactions due to telecom/network issues

If a recharge fails and the amount is deducted, it will be refunded automatically to the original payment method as per payment gateway timelines (usually 5–7 working days).

4. Cancellation Policy

• Recharge services cannot be cancelled once initiated.
• Product orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

5. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
