5. Mobile Recharge Policy

• Customers must verify their mobile number, operator, and plan before confirming.
• Once a recharge is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• We are not responsible for incorrect details entered by the customer.

6. Product Return & Replacement Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of sanitary products:

• All products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Replacement is allowed only if:

• The product is defective or damaged during shipment.
• Complaint is raised within 24 hours of purchase/delivery.
• Valid proof (original bill/clear photos) is provided.

• Orders for physical products can be cancelled only before dispatch.
• Recharge and digital services cannot be cancelled once processed.
